Elise
Elise was born and raised in the lush heart of the Mekong River Delta, where quiet rivers, rice fields, and fruit gardens shaped her deep love for nature. Growing up close to the land instilled in her a strong respect for natural rhythms—something that continues to guide both her life and her yoga practice today.
Since 2019, Elise has committed to a daily Ashtanga practice, beginning each morning on the mat. This steady discipline has become her foundation for physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Through yoga, she discovered not only movement, but a living wisdom that supports holistic health and inner resilience.
In 2022, Elise completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is currently continuing her studies with a 300-hour training program started in 2025. Practising regularly with teacher Sita at Mysore Breathing Room Shala has been a meaningful part of her ongoing learning journey.
Elise believes the body has an innate ability to heal when supported by mindful practice, breath, and a life aligned with nature. Her classes thoughtfully blend movement and yoga philosophy, creating a safe, welcoming space for students to explore at their own pace. She hopes each practitioner leaves feeling grounded, empowered, and more deeply connected to themselves.
