Jet

A woman in black athletic wear is in a yoga pose, balancing on her hands with her knees close to her chest, on a blue yoga mat in a white room.

Jet is a long‑term Ashtanga yoga practitioner whose teaching is deeply rooted in consistent, dedicated practice. Her years of daily Ashtanga have shaped her understanding of discipline, breath, structure and inner focus, forming a strong foundation for everything she shares on the mat. While living in the Netherlands, Jet began exploring slower, more introspective practices alongside her Ashtanga journey, discovering how stillness and softness can support sustainable strength.

Through Slow Flow, Shanti Flow and Mindful Yin Yoga, Jet found a natural counterbalance to dynamic practice. Yin Flow became an essential part of her personal practice, offering space to quiet the mind, release deep tension and cultivate awareness in the body. This balanced approach continues to inform her teaching style—honouring both effort and ease.

Jet’s classes blend mindful, intuitive movement with the intelligence of long‑term practice. Often incorporating sound healing, she creates a grounded, safe and playful environment where students are encouraged to explore at their own pace. Her teaching invites students to experience yoga as both a dynamic and deeply nourishing practice—supporting strength, softness and self‑connection.
